Delivery
The provider must deliver the goods or services at the promised time. The contract delivery partner is Post of Slovenia, GLS, but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery partner if the contract can be completed more efficiently. In the event that the customer does not collect the package or returns the ordered items, we charge delivery and return costs. Returned items must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
Cost of delivery applies to deliveries in the European Union.
For ordered products, we charge delivery costs according to Table of postage costs A. If the ordered product weighs more than 25 kg, see Table of postage costs B below.

For machines for which the seller performs the first start-up; test of the machine, delivery postage is calculated according to the gross weight of the item (weight of the machine and the weight of its packaging).
In the event that the first start-up and test of the machine is done, the machine is delivered to the customer without packaging.
At the customer's request, the machine can also be delivered without the first start-up, test (in the packaging), HUSQVARNA machines are exempt from this.
Time of delivery
Delivery costs are always displayed informatively on the screen or added to your cart before sending the order, and are also displayed on the account that the buyer receives with the goods ordered. Delivery costs are equal throughout the country.
The consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
The delivery takes place during the week until 4 pm and on Saturdays in the morning (delivered by Post of Slovenia d.o.o. and GLS) to the address you provided in the order. In case you want to add an additional delivery address, just type it in any field of the order form. In some cases, it is also possible to deliver outside of the delivery hours, to deliver at an agreed hour or express
delivery. For these options, contact Eurogarden.eu sales office, the agreed delivery price may be different from the above normal delivery conditions.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier/delivery service will leave you a message on which you can agree to resubmit.
